These tasks run smoothly when the PC is idle. The only visible details are what appears on the screen. The first photo shows all fans at maximum in Icue (very loud). The second shows the change to "balanced," which is more typical but still a bit louder than preferred. There are no overclocking attempts except enabling XMP on RAM.

PC Specs: CPU – 13900KF, RAM – 32GB DDR5 6400, Corsair Vengeance PSU, Thermal Take 1200W, GPU – 3080 Aorus WaterForce (with built-in AIO), MB – MSI Z790 Edge Case. Storage – 2x2TB Samsung 990Pro.

There are also two 120mm intake fans at the bottom of the case under the GPU, which aren’t visible in the image. Thanks for the assistance.

It doesn’t seem there’s anything to worry about; it’s not experiencing thermal throttling at all.

Temperatures seem acceptable for the CPU, yet all fans running at maximum speed appear to be generating noise.

In the initial result everything reached its peak (I aimed to discover the lowest possible level). The second picture uses a "balanced" setting, which looks more reasonable in terms of volume. Appreciate it.

Not too concerned about it. I moved up from a 9900k that seldom hit more than 50c under full load, so seeing spikes reach 68 or 70 at idle felt a bit alarming. Right now, while idle (except for FF), I’m noticing small temperature rises of around 76°C on some cores—kind of unusual. I was aware the 13 series was hot, but 76°C seems quite high.

My system is powered by dual GPUs, which explains why I’m aware of the temperature issues. If I remember correctly, the 13900 tends to get a bit hot.

Since every screenshot displays idle components, there’s little to gain from this session. Start the CPU, then review its power settings and temperatures. For an AIO setup, confirm your motherboard supports Intel’s 253W limit rather than allowing unrestricted power delivery.

I've been trying to figure out how to slow down my CPU's clock speed with little success. Reducing the voltage seems to lead to problems even at tiny adjustments. For instance, at normal settings it draws 1.4-1.5V, but lowering it to 1.3 causes crashes and big slowdowns. I'm completely confused about what I'm doing. I really want to just lower the CPU's speed without using extra power, especially since my office gets warm. I accidentally burned my hand on a laptop last night. EDIT: On the 1.3 setting it worked through the test but crashed shortly after. Updated July 31, 2023 by David-Oaken
