Well a close look at the socket would help confirm if there is a bent pin or something wrong with it. I wouldn't considering myself an expert but I have worked on well over 250 systems over the years I would hope I have built up some knowledge! Could definitely be a motherboard problem as you mention no debug lights at all.

Consider removing the CMOS battery for five minutes, then reinsert it and attempt the test again. This battery, located on the left side of the motherboard, may be obstructed by the graphics card.

I noticed some users experienced delays of over 30 minutes during startup, which is understandable. Memory support seems to be inconsistent—my M.2 AM4 boards show "memory training in progress," but others don’t see it clearly. It’s possible the display isn’t showing updates properly or people aren’t paying attention.
