Are you purchasing within the U.S.? What is your highest budget allowance? Additionally, would you like me to adjust the subject heading to "searching for new motherboard and power supply"? This isn't a critical matter.

Choose a Z77 board for the device. It should have a 3.0 model, as this was a feature when it launched and it’s affordable for a PSU—something like a CX 550 or a 650 is reasonable. For a GPU, a budget option can cover many features. The 2600 offers four hyper-threaded cores but has limited IPC because it’s nearly ten years old, so performance may drop over time.

You have a GPU and a budget around $150 for used options. Would you appreciate some guidance on selecting the right motherboard?

It seems like you're asking about a product that isn't widely available. Would you like suggestions for alternatives or more information?

I’d connect you to an eBay listing, though I suspect you’re blocked without a valid reason.

Review your nearby listings for B75, Z68, Z77 motherboards and similar options. The most affordable LGA 1155 board (avoiding OEM brands like Dell) is usually sufficient. Websites such as Facebook Market and Letgo can be excellent starting points.

It's likely USB 3.0 won't bring much change. Plus, PCIe USB cards are very affordable—just a few dollars for two 3.0 ports and you're good to go.
