I understand the value of quick RAM for Ryzen, but upgrading further won't make much of a difference. You're already using 32GB at 3200MHz CL14 DDR4, and you haven't upgraded recently. The RTX3090 won't help much either.
You could achieve a slight boost in some tasks, though the gains are usually modest. With a 5900X you won't notice much improvement (beyond what you'd see with a 5800X). If you already have a 3200MT/s CL14 system, simply increase your RAM speed. This setup is solid and you should be able to reach around 3800MT/s CL16-16-16-21 without major issues, pushing the infinity fabric to its limits for optimal speed. Keep in mind that 3200MT/s CL14 performance is heavily influenced by manufacturing variations, and some kits have reached as high as 3600MT/s CL14 with stable voltages or even up to 4666MT/s CL16.
