unless it's 133MHz, but that's quite low—consider switching to a 1333 or 1600MHz setup

A few DDR3 modules measured 1.5, others were around 1.35, which is typical. Not every motherboard supports both types.

Many of my Dell machines operate at 1.35 volts, but they become unstable when voltages aren't consistent. Even when RAM modules match, performance gains are minimal and vary based on the task. Right now, my setup keeps the quicker RAM at the slower one's rate, but upgrading to faster DDR3 RAM only slightly boosts gaming performance.
