Intel presently offers three chipsets. The designation before the number on your motherboard identifies the chipset (such as B650, Z690, H310, etc.).

I haven't seen any chipset support for CPU overclocking, and I wouldn't choose a top-tier CPU such as the 10900k on a budget board. The best I'd consider is an i7-10700 (non-K), though that depends on your needs. You might see a slight improvement in certain games, but not much.
