The English (World) setting during installation doesn't add sponsored applications such as Candy Crush or Prime Video since Windows lacks knowledge of your location and regional differences cause various bloat. With the world option it simply avoids installing those specific apps. The Microsoft bloat remains, but the sponsored ones are excluded.
