The chance of power surge damage when the power tripped at the fusebox remains uncertain. A sudden loss of power followed by a system reboot led to unexpected visual issues later, such as distorted shadows and pixelated outlines in certain games. Despite running diagnostics and reinstalling drivers, these problems persisted. It seems possible the issues were present before, but increased attention may have made them more noticeable. I’m seeking clearer insight into this situation.

Tripping fuse due to another appliance is identical to a power shutoff and shouldn't lead to power surges. Regarding the Windows issue, it likely finished an ongoing update.

I've been experiencing fluctuating frame rates and inconsistent metrics like GPU voltage, especially during a power crash while running a variable GPU stress test in OCCT. Visual artifacts appear as aliasing and shadows that look low-resolution or distorted. While some think such issues are unlikely to cause damage, do these symptoms align with voltage-related problems?
