I'm bringing up an old discussion thread because the new Win11 setup didn't work as expected. I believe it's no longer appropriate to post here about troubleshooting, so please direct this to the right forum. I've been checking my laptop's specifications and think my RAM modules might be causing the multiple BSODs. Should I replace another stick to match the existing one, or should I keep the one that's already installed? Both units seem functional individually, but I ran out of available RAM when using only 8GB.

Provide the dump files following the specified instructions. If errors occur, verify presence of dump files in C:\Windows. Copy the Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (or desktop if needed), zip it, and attach it to a post. Please adhere strictly to the provided steps.

Do you feel the current screenshots don’t cover everything, or are the archived dump files missing from your old discussion?

Bluescreenview isn't reliable. On another forum, I see users regularly asking about a BSOD where BluescreenView points to a driver issue, but it's not the real cause. If it displays accurate details, it likely points to RAM, though I remain skeptical of the tool.

Understood. I'm now in the PERFMON section. I'll keep you posted once finished.

The PERFMON process has been running for a long time and hasn't completed its task. It seems to be stuck. What should I do?

So I can just skip the cmd part? If that is the case, I can already provide it .

Yes, that's everything you require. This updated RAM is ready to use on the device.

The return process in my country can be challenging. Since you've already started the repair, would replacing the faulty RAM be a more efficient option?
