I've attempted to update drivers, re-plugged everything, restarted, but they still aren't appearing when the PC is off. They look similar to your background color, which made me suspect a Windows issue, though they show up with other apps open. A few hours ago my background colors were distorted, then everything reset back to normal after a restart. I also noticed my screen would freeze and glitch occasionally—only fixing when power was disconnected and reconnected. The green dots are still a concern, but they didn’t appear after the last reset. This is really frustrating.

Have you verified whether the issue lies with the display or the PC/GPU? Do you possess another monitor you can test? Even a television would suffice. If the problem continues on another screen, it likely points to the GPU or software. Updating GPU drivers is advisable, but reinstalling Windows remains my preferred solution to clarify if it's a software concern. If the issue is limited to the LG screen, the display itself may be faulty. Does the screen support multiple input modes? Have you checked HDMI, DP, or VGA connections to see if the problem persists with all inputs?

I started cyberpunk just to experiment, but during gameplay I realized it had been patched and everything is working smoothly now.
