You're using DDR5 32GB modules with a 6000MHz clock speed, but EXPO II is set to 5600MHz. The system runs smoothly at that frequency, yet you wanted to utilize the full potential of the RAM. It might be worth checking if there are any BIOS settings or firmware updates related to memory timings or overclocking options. Also, ensure your motherboard supports the required clock speeds and that the RAM is properly seated. If the issue persists, consider consulting the manufacturer's documentation for compatibility details.
Replace the memory to initiate another training and attempt again? The settings at 30-36-36 seem quite firm, possibly due to the 1.4V requirement. Pushing a retrain is still the best initial action given your updated UEFI version.
RAM settings are adjusted during the first POST and then only occasionally. I discovered a method to keep them stable by re-seating the RAM or CPU, which is simpler. I also experienced issues with a 7950x server's RAM training, requiring a reset and retraining to boot properly. RAM calibration takes time on AM5 boards, often taking over 45 seconds on several recent builds.
It appears everything is functioning well now. I activated the following features: Low Latency Support, XMP/EXPO high bandwidth support, UCLK DIV1 MODE set to AUTO. No memory testing has been performed yet. I ran Cinebench R24 and a few minutes of CS2 without any crashes or issues. I’ll let you know if anything changes.
