Checked using the thaiphoon burner, I think. C die = cjrs. For the board, you might want to look for a used one, but if you can't, just skip it—you're not really gaining much value. The best option seems to be adding another set of those cjrs for 32GB plus dual rank, unless you spot a cheap used board.
Unable to locate the SK Hynix OEM RAM. Lenovo also doesn’t have it available. The nearest option I found online for a similar prebuilt is Crucial CT16G4DFRA32A (F-die) 16GB stick, which can be purchased for about 30% less than two Crucial Ballistix 16GB x 2 DDR4 3600MT/s CL16 units priced at $75 (approx converted from INR).
I don't believe they'll be rev f if they're 16gb sticks; rev f was a 4gbit chip, though I'm not sure about 8gbit or 16gbit models. Checking around on the FB marketplace or local shops in your area might help, as there are many people selling bare PCBs and OEM parts. In places like India, there are numerous sellers offering a wide range of components, whether through forums, ToKopedia, BuKulapak, etc. If the fourth most populous country has this variety, it's likely the world's top country will have similar options and sellers.

I stayed with the same setup but moved to AM5. The new parts cost about $450 (US prices). The Ryzen 7600 has fewer cores but should still handle gaming well, which should please my 3070. I plan to sell my current 3700x motherboard, RAM, and other components to recoup some of the investment.
