I wanted to set up a new configuration, but I couldn’t figure out how to check it in Picture Num 2. I asked a friend to assist, and everything seemed okay until we tried to boot it. The RGB lights on the board, the AIO pump, and RAM indicators came on, but the GPU remained black. The LED indicators didn’t display anything, so we experimented with different approaches. Moving the GPU two times between an 1050 and a Radeon 580 helped—its LED confirmed power, yet it still wouldn’t start. Eventually, after some time, we realized the Asus Rog motherboard was faulty and replaced it. At the store, someone mentioned the first board wasn’t working either. When we tried again with a new board, the same issue persisted. Now there are no fans running, and I’m only seeing RGB lights on the board. At the moment, testing the RAM on my old PC worked perfectly. Then we reinstalled the Ryzen 7 5800X and the Asus Rog board, since those were the only components whose status was uncertain. I switched to an MSI MPG B550 Gaming WiFi board, and this time the debug LEDs appeared. Within the first few seconds, it showed a CPU issue (PIC 1) before switching to a GPU problem (PIC 5). I initially assumed it was a CPU fault and tried basic troubleshooting, but nothing resolved the matter. Every time I attempted to boot the PC, the same problem occurred. I finally updated the BIOS using the Flash Button, but that didn’t fix it. It’s been about three weeks now, and I’m really unsure what to do next. I truly hope you can help me with this.

Regarding the BIOS update, it may not have worked. If it didn’t function properly, check if a recent update was required, especially for newer Ryzen CPUs or motherboards.
Haha, you're right. The BIOS update helped, but the issue still exists. The only working LED is the GPU, and I've checked it three times—does that point to a PCI-E problem?
Try without the GPU. You won't see images, but as long as the lights remain on, we're still moving forward.
I verified it and checked again for about four seconds, the CPU LED stayed on longer than the GPU.
We evaluated four different motherboards based on our assumption. The first one seemed completely faulty, the second one was okay but lacked debug lights, the third was functional though it didn’t display debug LEDs, and the MSI model showed debug activity, though I’m not convinced it’s broken.
