Hi, today I installed a new CPU cooler and followed all the usual steps. After connecting everything properly and pressing the power button, the PC failed to boot. The debug LED lit up with the CPU and DRAM indicators, then the system shut down completely. I tried re-seating the CPU, removing RAM, cleaning the case, replacing the motherboard battery, but nothing resolved the issue. Please help quickly.
