That sounds kind of sketch to me, first that's mainly a routing lab, you would need a couple more switches for even the CCNA. There is no ccne, the expert exam is a ccie which this wouldn't be sufficient for. Should be a decent primer, although keep in mind your lab stuff is limited to IOS 12.4. The new ccna is 'focused' on IOS 15 but for the labs and similar there's really no difference between the two. You would need to load an advanced services version of IOS in order to do ipv6 labs.
The top choice for CCNA and CCNP preparation is a quality study program or course that covers both certifications thoroughly.
