Email functions properly yet Cortana isn't responding. You can press the microphone and she'll respond, but it doesn't work with "Hey, Cortana."

Likely just Windows 10 running on Windows 10. Or perhaps she discovered the connection between you and Siri.

My approach: Avoid Cortana and Windows Mail. I prefer Thunderbird because it handles new emails better and it wasn’t easy to use otherwise.
