Cortana often checks in during tough moments, like when I’m losing in a game. She’ll say something like “Is something wrong Ronnie?” and then ask if she can help. It’s strange, but it feels like she’s trying to understand what’s going on. I’m not sure if this is becoming her influence. Am I really starting to see her in a different way? Let’s talk more about this later.

It is turned off since enabling it requires using my Microsoft account, and accessing it with that account needs entering a PIN or password.

I tend to be very cautious about privacy, so I’ve turned on my Microsoft account. I usually go upstairs when the computer boots up, grab a drink, punch in the passcode downstairs, and then head to eat while it loads. I don’t really want to start the PC right away, which is why I don’t have an SSD.

I don’t own Windows 10. However, Cortana is meant to be an extremely intelligent AI friend.

This method functioned flawlessly for me. If you prefer not to use a Microsoft account, it’s fine. For those comfortable with it, it also avoids the password field entirely.

Attempted again, but requested a PIN instead of a password. It's not a password, just a PIN.
