As per the title above, I'm checking if Corsair VS450 is compatible for my build. The specs include an i5 6600k CPU, cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, GTX 1060 mini GPU, ASRock Z170M pro 4 motherboard, 8GB RAM, and a 1TB Seagate drive. I'm wondering if it's sufficient for overclocking the i5 to 4.2-4.6 GHz or if I need a different PSU. If not suitable, could you recommend another option that fits my budget? I really don’t have much money left.

Seasonic offers excellent power supplies, making it a top option. The Seasonic S12 II is a tier 2 model, while the EVGA 500B/600B are tier 3, and the Corsair VS is a tier 4—best avoided.

No, it's a very weak PSU, it's likely to fail and it's no longer available. I've used one in a PC build before two months ago, and the computer would shut down under heavy load.

This should provide sufficient power for overclocking your CPU and GPU, or it should work at 500W as well, but they're the same price on Newegg.

Yes, it works even after overclocking. Would you consider purchasing it? No...
Are you already equipped with the remaining parts? Probably not. You should have saved some money to buy a good PSU. What is your budget and where are you located?

Aladdad:
It's a really bad PSU, it's going to fail and it's already discontinued. I used one on a PC build and after two months the computer would shut down under stress.

It provides enough power to overclock your CPU and GPU, or you can get the 500W spec—it should work too. It's the same price on Newegg.
I noticed though, Evga is hard to find in my country (Malaysia). The Seasonic S12 II could be a good alternative, or maybe Corsair CX650M? My budget is about $50.

Can you use it? Yes, even with overclocking. Should I buy it? No...
Do you already have the rest of your components or not? You should have saved money so you could purchase a good PSU. What is your budget and country?
No, I don't own the components yet... this is my first build, so I'm doing a lot of research. My country is Malaysia and the budget is around RM200 ($50 in US dollars).

CX650M works well, but consider getting a CX450M at a lower price if possible.

I noticed Evga is hard to find in Malaysia. Socket 12 II from Seasonic seems a good alternative, or Corsair CX650M would also work. My budget is around $50.
Also, you can try the Silverstone PSU—they are quite reliable.
