I've been experiencing problems with my mouse since April. It seems ICUE is causing random shutdowns or crashes. When it stops, the DPI settings are ignored, so I have to turn it back on manually. Anyone has advice on how to fix this?

i faced several problems, so corsair support asked me to fully delete and reinstall icue. this might be useful for you. the instructions they provided were:
