I have an i5-4460 and I'm unable to overclock it, but I'm interested in a water cooling system because of its design. Is this a suitable water cooler, or can I find one?

It's acceptable for a stock clocked CPU if you're specifically seeking a water cooler solely for the aesthetic appeal.
