It's not bad and should be able to handle 4.4 ghz pretty well, but I would recommend an H100i instead if you plan on going 4.5+ ghz at any point.
Here's a quick chart on temperature comparisons. As you can tell, the H45 is smaller and would be around the ~H60 temps, if not hotter.
If size isn't an obstacle, the price jump to an H100 would be well worth it for more overclocking head room.

Hi,
Perhaps it's because of my own lack of knowledge, but I've faced several problems with the H45. The fan is quite loud (can be adjusted to some extent), and the pump is also noisy (I run it at "normal" speed to reduce sound). Some people online suggest that running it at lower speeds might reduce wear and tear, but I've noticed others warn against not running it at full capacity. My unit didn't include a manual, which also wasn't helpful. I've also found very few English-language videos about this model online. Personally, I'd prefer to invest more and get a better product, and with this being my second average experience with Corsair, I think this will be the last watercooling unit I buy from them.
