Hello everyone,
The cooling process for my Corsair AX1200 power supply seemed to behave unpredictably, switching speeds randomly and running at full capacity most of the time. It generated a lot of noise, even when the load was minimal. Looking at the schematic, I thought I could diagnose the issue on my own, but I’m refusing to build it without you. Do you know if anyone has an internal schematic for this unit? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Well, indeed, since the PSU design remains their exclusive property and Flextronics won't share schematics for it, there are no serviceable components in the PSU. Never attempt to open the PSU! The caps within it hold a dangerous charge, and tampering with them can endanger your safety, potentially leading to serious consequences. If the fan noise is unbearable, consider returning the product via RMA (it comes with a 10-year warranty) or purchasing a replacement.
