SgtScream asked if the power supply resolved the issue. The person confirmed the power supply was the cause. They tried a friend's 600w PSU, switched it in, and overclocked it successfully. They think the problem might be insufficient power distribution or damaged capacitors. They appreciated the advice.

Did you verify if the power supply resolved the issue?
Yes, the power supply was the cause. I checked a friend's PSU, which was 600w, and after switching it over with mine while overclocking, it functioned well. It seems the PSU might not be delivering enough power or the capacitors are faulty. Thanks for your assistance.
Actually, I was mistaken. Such a setup would require at least 420W, leaving minimal capacity for overclocking, especially since heat loss appears in the PSU. The PSU likely needs replacement, as it probably isn't designed for overclocking.
