have overclocked amd fx 8320 to 4.42 ghz and wondering if it's normal. When i run prime 95 in 5 hours the core voltage jumps from 1344 to 1474 and the temperature goes up to 45. And when i don't run the stress test the core voltage is at 1416 and the temperature is at 16.

1.474 is essentially the highest voltage I'd allow my FX to run at while remaining safe for occasional use, such as stress testing. However, you're limited to only 4.2Gig and the core temperature stays very low at 45C. I believe you should reduce it a bit until it crashes, then increase it again: or switch to a less aggressive LLC. Don't trust the claim of a 16C low temperature— the method used to calculate core temp in FX processors breaks down under low loads, leading to poor results.
