Hi
I see you're curious about your i7-2600k's power usage during overclocking. It's normal for core temp reports higher power draw than the TDP indicates, especially when pushing it to higher speeds. Overclocking uses more energy, so it's likely to exceed the TDP. Don't worry about it.
