There are around seven apps running—Chrome, Discord, Steam, Steelseries Engine, Files, Task manager, etc. For overclocking I’m not sure. I just discovered my CPU was at 4.2GHz and 1.375V, which isn’t ideal. To improve performance I’m using AMD Ryzen Master to adjust the clock speeds down to 3.6GHz and 1.3V. I’m now going back to the normal settings.

I understand, that’s not the full amount. Try installing cinebench r20 from the Microsoft store or website and run the tests. I’d assume it works as long as it’s available, though it might be a bit higher than what I normally like—like 3.6v at 1.3v should be stable on most Zen 2 chips. You could likely manage with 1.1v even.

Thanks! I wasn't entirely confident about the voltages, so I followed the recommended level from the online source. I'll look into Cinebench next.
