You can boot from a flash drive containing the Windows folder on another system, but compatibility depends on hardware and settings. Downloading the ISO from Microsoft ensures the most reliable installation.

No. If you manage to do so, expect a terrible experience since most flash drives—even the faster ones—are extremely slow. You’d probably wish you had a 4800 RPM HDD. Keep in mind that Windows relies on numerous small files, and your USB controller depends on the CPU for smooth data transfers (unlike SATA, which has its own processor built into the controller chip). You can’t because you must transport all other files and Windows boot partitions, which it anticipates. Also, Windows will shut down. Only one PC can run Windows 10 at a time, based on a single license per machine.

It brings back memories of my childhood in 1998 when I saved numerous game shortcuts from a friend’s computer onto a floppy disk. I thought they’d actually function on my system. Those were the times.

To install Windows 10 on a USB stick, you can use the Windows Media Creation Tool to get the setup, prepare your USB drive, pull out the files, and turn it into a bootable system. https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software.../windows10 Click the blue "Download Tool now" button.

It's possible to create duplicates, but you need a matching storage space. A complete fresh setup is usually the optimal choice.
