Hey! You can create another bootable copy by using a tool like Rufus or Windows USB/DVD Creator. Just select the ISO file and follow the instructions to make a duplicate.

ImgBurn offers a link to an adware installation, but you can use it to create an ISO or image of your disk and then burn another disk. This allows you to have both files on one drive.

I rely on UltraISO for image extraction and DeepBurner to write it onto another disc.

I’ve gone through the guide, but the issue is that while an ISO UDF file can be booted from Windows, it doesn’t start up via BIOS.

The process varies depending on the files you're copying, but using ImgBurn should create an exact duplicate if you transfer the disk and burn it again. Which disk are you working with? If you need to store an ISO on a USB drive, Rufus is a good option I've used successfully.

You've successfully used ImgBurn for cloning Windows disks. The tutorial you referenced should be straightforward: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=6379. At step 4 of that guide, check what your disk displays under "File Sys." If you're encountering problems with images that don't meet ISO 9000 or Joliet standards, the alternative guide at http://www.intowindows.com/fix-the-selec...nload-tool might be useful.
