Overclocking yields similar results. It's better to stick with the standard settings. The link provided demonstrates that it isn't beneficial to overclock.

I wasn't suggesting he boost the clock speed. Instead, I was pointing out that if he did, he'd require an aftermarket cooler.

He could be looking for just one item since the stock cooler makes a lot of noise. Either way, the Arctic Freezer or the Scythe would work well. The Scythe Mugen 5 Rev.B is also decent and might cost less than the Fuma.
