VRM performance is optimal up to around 100°C. Confirm you're interpreting the problems correctly?

Honestly, I’m confused about my motherboard. I thought VRM speeds could be good up to 100°C, but I’ve never seen anything that high—usually around 50°C max. Also, I know the H100i isn’t the top cooler for the i9 9900K.

Are you powering the 9900K at full stock? That’s okay. Your motherboard is also in good shape at stock levels. "I’d like to note I only own a gold EVGA 750w Supernova G2, an MSI 2080 Ti, and 32GB of RAM." Just to be clear. You’re all set. No rush to buy anything unless you wish.

I just noticed many comments questioning the Z390-H's performance as a motherboard.

I’m only buying at the current price, maybe I’m just overthinking it. I really don’t want to upgrade unless necessary. Thanks for the quick response! Can you find out if there are any normal stock prices for the i9 9900k? My room gets quite warm, especially since my office is in the attic loft.

Uncertain because it depends on surrounding temperatures, case ventilation, running games or programs, etc. I’m sure you’re not concerned about anything. 47c is quite cool for a component. I’d love to hear if anyone has seen higher temps with their 9900K.

Execute Prime95 small FFT test for several hours and report your temperatures.
