I test at 4.3 ghz in BIOS and Windows doesn't even boot... Yet at 4.1 ghz I see the temps I'm getting Idle. 4.1 GHZ Thermal Margin, remains over 40... and when under load it stays above 30? Is this problematic?

In games, OC is useful just when the processor becomes a bottleneck for the GPU; otherwise, changing it won't help even with a double-speed processor. The specific game engine determines how it manages the processor and GPU, affecting the effectiveness. Some older engines rely on only one thread, making the number of cores irrelevant.

Not too bad overall, but it might be better to monitor while using it for extended periods with full CPU activity.
