Use the Windows ISO to USB/DVD utility provided by Microsoft. http://wudt.codeplex.com Please remember: -> Not every USB flash drive can be bootable -> Ensure your drive is truly faster than a DVD, many aren't -> For 64-bit installation, both the drive and the system must support 64-bit -> Your ISO file should be correctly created
