It seems the on-screen keyboard isn't quite up to the task. You might want to try using your phone as a keyboard instead. Also, it's confusing why this would be better since you already have full access to your keyboard. With practice, you can type efficiently with one hand on a standard keyboard at reasonable speeds. I recall lessons from school where they aimed for 30 words per second—back then, I could manage that easily with just one hand.

I need just a little grip on the mouse and another on the keyboard, type it this way. It should function exactly as on old phones using the T9 method.
