Hello, your Zyxel router model P-660HW-D3 supports two IPTV ports and two internal ports. You can convert the two IPTV ports into internal ports, giving you four usable internal connections for additional devices.

They could be organized into a VLAN or Interface Group, though the exact wording on the interface might be unclear. Looking at the LAN setup, it seems port assignments are being considered.

It seems the IPTV ports match the Ethernet ports, but the firmware includes special port forwarding for IPTV features. Test by connecting a device to one and checking connectivity.

It seems there’s nothing helpful available. I attempted to locate something connected to that issue, but couldn’t find anything. I also tried connecting the PC to an IPTV port, but it didn’t work—no port recognition and no connection to the router.

DHCP is usually turned on automatically, but it can be disabled intentionally if needed. The lack of a connection isn't always due to DHCP being off—it might depend on other configurations or settings.

This router is offline for a specific purpose. I'm utilizing it as a repeater or an additional Wi-Fi connection.

I would choose to purchase a switch and connect one of the functional Ethernet ports to it.

You must set the proper IP Address, Subnet Address, Gateway Address, and DNS Address in Windows. The Gateway and DNS are the IPs for connecting to the router's firmware, the Subnet must be 255.255.255.0. The IP should match the Gateway but have a different last digit (between 2 and 254), ensuring no IP conflict.

It's clear you're facing a challenge. Since I haven't used the tools before, I'm not fully equipped to assist right now.
