Hey, I've had a rough time with my old MacBook—it died after storing a lot of music. Now I need to move that music to my new PC using iTunes, and I want all the details about each song, just like the Explorer does on the iPod. The problem is, my PC can't let me connect the iPod because it's macOS, so I can't use Explorer there. What do you think? I really don’t want to re-upload all those 80 gigabytes again...

You've downloaded copyrighted songs on your iPod and don't want to change their names. Solution: purchase legitimate music.

I didn’t remove the HDD from the MacBook to access the music because there was no need or reason for it.

You can work with a Mac-formatted HDD on Windows by using a program that supports HFS+, such as MacDrive at the provided link.

I purchased it legally, but I don’t have a reader on my new computer, right?

Thanks a lot! MacDrive helped make my iPod work with my IE Explorer issue, fixed it all for me!
