Purchased an Intel QTJ1 and found the BIOS chip hidden inside the SATA ports, making it hard to connect a programmer. The seller provided a .bin file, but can you convert it to a .cap file? Thanks for your help!

Change the filename from foo.bin to foo.cos and proceed.

Are you referring to the .cap extension? If so, I noticed you've already attempted it and it didn't work.
