I have a Qualcomm Atheros C204N3 adapter from a Toshiba laptop. I'm checking if it could fit on a desktop motherboard. I've located drivers, but the connector doesn't match any PCIe slots (already tried). The last option seems to be an M.2 slot... Updated February 2, 2020 by invisiblesquid Added photos

It works as long as the mainboard supports M.2 A+E slots. I’m not sure if they fit in a standard M.2 port or if there are additional cards available.

I think they should have an M.2 port made for WiFi. In most standard M.2 slots you might find WiFi but not Bluetooth since USB support is missing. It’s hard to know for sure which model has it, so if you need a full PCIe adapter, it might be better to buy one specifically designed for that device.
