Technically feasible, though likely. You’ll face restrictions—only gigabit speeds available, and you’ll need to create your own adapter cables. Just use Wi-Fi.

Are you requiring the phone wiring anymore? If it passes through wall conduit, just connect it to the end of the Ethernet and run Ethernet through.
