Hi, I see the issue with your Redragon SATURN G807 Controller. When you touch the right side, it starts ghosting, but it stops when your hand is removed. You mentioned trying a new one and contacting the seller, but the problem persists. Could you share more details about the symptoms or any other changes?

Are you Magneto? 😄 You're asking about ghosting—like when something moves without force. It sounds like the thumbstick cap might be rubbing against the board if you're applying pressure. That could happen if the joystick isn't properly aligned during setup.

Whenever I touch my hand, unexpected keys such as X, Y, B, A, RB and RT begin pressing. Even when I'm not actively pressing them.

Relax the fasteners securing the shell loosely. It may indicate a manufacturing or assembly problem.

I've attempted to remove the screws, but it didn't succeed.

Occasionally it functions properly, yet similar to a combat game I activate several buttons at once, which causes it to disappear.

It seems unrelated but might be worth a shot. Logitech X56 Throttle/stick combos often experience ghosting issues, and a simple solution is to connect them to an external USB hub powered by another source. If you have such a hub, test it out to see if the problem persists.
