Continuous restart cycle/reboot and choose correct startup drive
I worked late building my new PC and finally got it running smoothly in Windows. After rebooting, everything connected correctly and a game launched. I attached the side panels, adjusted the GPU cables, and after restarting, the system booted properly. When I tried to power down to install additional drives, I removed the SSD, reinstalled the CMOS battery, and reinstalled Windows, but kept getting the same installation error. I also attempted to reinstall from another drive, but it still triggered the reboot prompt. I’m frustrated and need help getting my new PC to play games without these issues.
Verify that power cables are correctly positioned at each end.
I managed to get it working now. Probably something broke my drive, so I ran a full reset in the command prompt and reinstalled Windows.
