Hey, I'm trying to understand why my keyboard keeps disconnecting unexpectedly. It seems to occur while browsing or playing games, sometimes every few hours and other times multiple times in an hour. I've checked power settings, fresh OS, updated drivers and BIOS, but nothing resolves the issue. It happens with both USB front and back ports, across 2 or 3 slots. Once the keyboard's D-Cap is activated, I need to unplug and plug it in a different port, but it still doesn't work. The keyboard is a mechanical "Aula" from China, but it functions normally on other PCs and works fine with the MPB A1990. I have an Asus Tuf B550 Plus with a Ryzen 5600X, Corsair 650W 80+ Bronze, Kingston 32GB 2x16 at 3200RPM, and an RTX 3060 Ti. Any advice would be greatly appreciated—just don't know what to do anymore...

It occurs with various keyboards as well. I faced the same problem with the Razer Balckwidow v3 previously. Because it had trouble with double typing, I reported it to Razer and can't test it now. This keyboard functions fine with other PCs, though I'm unsure if it will last long—currently it's working just a few hours without any issues.

I think mice and flash drives also disconnect, the driver update didn't help, so those USB ports might be nearing the end of their lifespan. Most components come with just a two-year warranty. Look for a reliable USB port and install a self-powered USB hub there. You could also purchase a new internal hub and swap the one in the front panel.

Work is finished already. The board is fresh, likely within two weeks. We should get a USB-C hub from Mac and resolve the same problem.
