Seems like a colleague’s system frequently freezes without any crash logs showing up in the event viewer. There are no blue screens, just sudden shutdowns after adding cooling solutions. After checking for overheating issues, storage problems were ruled out. We looked into Windows fixes and ran MemTest86, but nothing came up. Storage temperature seemed normal, yet crashes persist. Only a missing error code appeared recently: RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64. The system isn’t overclocked and boost clock isn’t enabled. It runs AMD 5800X, MSI RTX 3090, has 16GB Vengeance RAM at 3200MHz, uses an ASUS TUF GAMING X570 motherboard, and the PSU is a Gigabyte 850W unit. Storage type is unknown. Monitor shows Windows 11 with Odyssey G9 and two 27-inch displays.

I really don't understand what SMART means, I just searched for it online.
