Hey, two days ago my computer shut down unexpectedly and wouldn’t power back on. I disassembled it and reassembled it, and it worked fine then. But lately, Warzone and Fortnite keep crashing, something that never happened before. In Rocket League, I’m seeing huge frame drops, and Discord is randomly crashing. I’m not sure if the issue is CPU, GPU, SSD, or RAM. If anyone can assist, thank you! (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vgL8nt) Current PC specs?

I've never increased clock speed beyond default and had XMP enabled but turned it off—it didn't make a difference. Also, I began experiencing crashes in Rocket League.

I downloaded the latest GPU drivers, updated Windows, confirmed the game files, ran SFC/SCANOW and it detected some corrupted files but fixed them. The only remaining drivers are BIOS, which makes me a bit nervous about updating them.

Refer to the BIOS update guidelines in your manual or the motherboard website for detailed steps. Updating BIOS can be stressful, so take your time.
