I don't understand the root cause of this; I've removed and reinstalled drivers, tested the mouse and keyboard on another machine, updated Windows, went back to an older version, performed a full virus scan, but nothing resolves the problem. I unplugged my mouse and keyboard, restarted the PC, and it still keeps scrolling during login. I also reset my whole system and it continues to do the same. I've watched many YouTube videos for a solution, but none worked. This is really frustrating—anyone else encountered this issue and found a fix? win10.mp4

I've also tested it on another computer, and it's functioning properly.

It might be related to your power supply, as it plays a big role in computer parts. Is your power supply still working well?

It really worked; when I responded, I thought it had something to do with my power supply, which seemed odd. But once I opened the case, I didn’t know what to do—I just checked inside, closed it, and plugged the power back in. Surprisingly, it turned on! Thanks a lot.
