Indeed.
970 Evo Plus is a reliable consumer SSD. Even I possess it as my OS drive. However, do keep in mind that 970 Evo Plus is a PCI-E 3.0 drive. 980 Pro and 990 Pro are PCI-E 4.0 drives (offering faster read/write speeds but no real-world difference). 990 Pro is the latest/fastest/best available from Samsung, so, it’s advisable to opt for 990 Pro.
6750 XT is comparable to RTX 3060 Ti.
Nonetheless;

So, why not choose Nvidia GPU instead?
🤔
Configuration performs well on 1440p, regardless of whether you select 6700XT / 6750XT / 3060 Ti.
CPU cooler appears a bit small, but as long as you don’t overclock your CPU, it should be adequate.
Oh, here's a pcpp link to your configuration as well (because why not):

You will require a 16GB VRAM card if you wish to comfortably play games at 1440p for at least 5 years. Save some funds and purchase an RX 6800. Trust me, it’s worth it.
Other than that, solid configuration.

Noctua maintains a list of compatible coolers. Here is the list for the 13600K: INTEL Core i5-13600K | CPU Compatibility | Noctua Compatibility Centre Series: Raptor Lake-S, Socket: LGA 1700 ncc.noctua.at NH-U12S and NH-U12s redux are included on the list as merely acceptable; However, I think you should choose better. A superior cooler will enable the 13600K to achieve higher turbo levels. For what it’s worth, there IS a distinction; the redux is designed as a budget variant. It comes with pre-applied paste, not with a full tube of premium paste. Additionally, the fan is a noisier 120mm fan in comparison to the standard NH-U12S. The case appears to be a solid choice, capable of accommodating any air cooler. It seems no fans are included with it. I would recommend installing two or three front 140mm intakes. 140mm moves more air quietly. I would suggest the NH-D15s. NH-D15 should also function. The 140mm fans will be quieter. Regarding the m.2 SSD, choose whichever you prefer. You won’t be able to discern the difference in performance among the three. The 970 EVO plus is suitable. If you opt for the 980 2TB m.2, make sure to confirm that the firmware is up to date. Earlier there were issues of premature wear on the 2TB models. That has been rectified, and you can execute the fix yourself if required via Samsung Magician. Excellent power supply. I have no comment on the graphics card. You will receive what you pay for at any price level. There are distinctions between Nvidia and AMD cards. However, be cautious of owner bias. Posters here typically recommend what they own. Tom's GPU hierarchy chart is a valuable resource for evaluating typical GPU capability: GPU Benchmarks and Hierarchy 2023: Graphics Cards Ranked We’ve conducted numerous GPU benchmarks on Nvidia, AMD, and Intel graphics cards and ranked them in our comprehensive hierarchy.

Indeed, it is substantial. The large cooling fin volume is what enables it to provide excellent cooling.
The installation process is identical for all of the coolers.
It is likely the easiest and most secure mounting method of all available coolers.
