Using Malwarebytes, I successfully eliminated Restoro.
I performed a clean DDU install and rebooted (yesterday).
I’ve deactivated full-screen optimization and turned off Game Bar and Game Mode.
I don’t own World of Warcraft.
I'm currently evaluating a game for today and will provide an update.
