Considering an upgrade to my GPU and PSU, what advice would you give?

Processor: i5 6400 2.7GHz
Graphics Card: GeForce® GTX 1050 D5 2G
Memory: 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz
Boot Camp: MSI H110M Pro-VH
Power Supply: Corsair CV Series CV450 450w 80 Plus Bronze
Storage: Crucial bx500 240gb
Hard Drive: Wd Blue 1Tb
I’ve been observing the market in my country and believe it’s time to upgrade a few parts. Therefore, I’m considering getting a new graphics card and a power supply for it. For the GPU, I currently have the RX 6600 at 200€, the RX 7600 at 250€, and the RTX 3060 between 235€ and 235~€. Regarding the PSU, I’ve been checking larger options such as the Gigabyte UD1000GM for 130€. Could you assist in choosing a GPU from these three or recommend an alternative? Also, help with selecting a PSU. Thank you ahead of time.

Based on the games you play, your CPU might be more constrained than you think.
Try this quick test: Run your games at lower settings.
This can slightly strain the graphics card.
If your FPS improves, it suggests your CPU can handle better graphics.
If nothing changes, you’re likely limited by your CPU.
With graphics cards, performance usually matches price.
Since you know Nvidia well, I recommend sticking with them for simplicity.

I tried it and improved from 55-60 average to 90-110 in just two games. I still believe I’ll be CPU-bound, though I’ve seen some videos about 6400 and 3060 configurations and they tend to lag slightly. Still, it will definitely run better, and I’m planning to upgrade the CPU soon—maybe a Ryzen 5000 or an Intel 13th gen.
This would represent a significant improvement in the system without requiring a large investment.
