You currently have GTA 5 on Steam, but it was removed due to mod restrictions. You can try buying it again through Rockstar’s official store or create a new Steam account if needed.

It's not as enjoyable anymore, but I used to be a modder too—just got banned a couple of times. I didn’t stay banned permanently because some of my friends played around with me occasionally.
