You're considering a different motherboard for your AMD build. For a better GPU, an A320 board is typically a solid choice over a B450. Let me know your thoughts! Thanks for reaching out.

It relies on the number of features required from your motherboard (such as enhanced power delivery for the CPU, additional SATA ports, more USB ports, etc.). The B450 is also newer. Personally, I’d choose a B450 over an A320 if possible.

Which processor are you considering? The B520 is also a viable choice.

You could do it, and it wouldn't be a problem. But there are certain aspects you definitely shouldn't cut corners on. 1) PSU, 2) Motherboard. Other components can be adjusted later without too much trouble. When you modify your PC, you wouldn't want to end up swapping the motherboard whenever possible. That savings from an A320 might cover your needs now, but what if you later upgrade your CPU/RAM or need quicker storage? You wouldn't want to end up paying again for both a motherboard and a new CPU. The PSU has its own purpose – mainly because it can handle most of your other parts if something goes wrong, so you need a dependable and stable unit under pressure.

A320 board refers to a specific type of motherboard used in certain systems, while B450 board is another model with its own features. Determine what components you need and your budget accordingly.

I wouldn't really want an A320 board at any cost. It's fine to pair it with an APU or a Ryzen 3, but unlike a CPU or GPU, a motherboard can be upgraded later by choosing a solid one from the start. This way, you won't have to replace it if you later want to upgrade your CPU. The AM4 platform offers a broad upgrade range, letting you go from 4 cores with 4 threads to 8 cores with 16 threads.

You can, though they don't look like a good value compared to b450 boards
