Not worth upgrading, especially with just 3070. Just fix your thermal issues. No reason to be hitting 100c when gaming unless you installed your cooler wrong, the cooler is broken, or you have an improper OC. Especially with a 360.

Earlier I tested at 4.9 with 1.3v speed. Now idle temps are between 10-15%, running at normal settings still feels the same.

I operate the aio at the beginning as a fan, handling intake and push/pull, while all bottom fans serve as intake. The sides act as exhaust, including an 80mm rear exhaust...

I doubt you'll hit 90-100°C on that CPU with the cooler, even with that OC setting during a full stress test... Not to mention regular gaming. Please figure out why your temperatures are so high.

Everything seems to be clashing. Consider a single airflow direction. The push-pull might also be causing issues. Test with just one setting to confirm fans are aligned properly and not opposing each other on the radiator. Double-check your cooler is secure and the pump functions correctly. A stock 9700k running at 100°C in games doesn’t make sense.
